Serialization: standalone parameter #67

The serialization 3.1 spec says

If the standalone parameter has one of the values yes, true, 1, no, false or 0, the XML declaration MUST include a standalone document declaration with the same value as the value of the standalone parameter.

But in the XML document declaration, the value of standalone must be "yes" or "no".
