Replace hard-coded "UIUC" in page title with "Illinois"

The upcoming brand guidelines from StratCom discourages the use of "UIUC" and we should be using "Illinois" instead. The easy solution is to just update the twig template referenced below. The perhaps better solution would be to add a theme variable that lets the user decide what to show in that space.
