Currently the native library is extracted from the jar into a temporary folder and loaded from there. Although if the application is packaged (e.g. as an.exe) one might like to include the binaries there and have them loaded without the need of extracting them.

Build: Make library file names unique across target machines

This allows us to flatten the library directory. It also
enables the possibility of having all libraries inside the
same directory
