[Feature] Multiple shapes transform at once

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Every time I work on one kind of document, for example, a form where there are text lines and fields, etc. I have to label a polygon over the text field as well as the lines on the given image to create a data set.

The problem arises when I want to duplicate the annotated file to a new image because the new one has a similar format. Therefore, it would be nice to have a feature that I can select all the shapes to perform some frequently use features such as moving, rotating, scaling, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Given an image and a JSON annotated file (which could be transferred from another JSON by user), I could be able to select all the shapes and perform moving, rotating, and scaling operations at once.

Additional context
Currently, I could select all the shapes at once, but when I try to move them, it only moves the one I clicked on.
