User story

As a data provider I wish to publish CLIMAT data using the BUFR sequence 307073, by either uploading a CSV file containing the data or by uploading the TAC encoded message.

Acceptance criteria

  • CSV data uploaded, automatically converted to BUFR and published on WIS2.0
  • FM 71-XII CLIMAT encoded data uploaded, converted to BUFR and published on WIS2.0

Definition of done

  • unit/functional tests added/updated
  • documentation updated
  • live demonstration provided
