Describe the bug
Parameter chart showing in city forecast analysis even when variable not selected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to cms homepage
Click on analysis button
See empty charts e.g humidity, wind, temperature extremes

Expected behavior
Hide parameter charts for variables not selected
