Bluetooth device considered as "sub-device" so as long the device it self responses to the localtuya "through the gateway that your device is connected to" then everything should works fine, Some Bluetooth devices can have toxic behavior, so I can't be sure if yours is good enough or not. So first you will need a Tuya BLE Gateway so you can connect your device to it and add it to Smart Life. This integration doesn't interact with BLE directly at all, it communicate with The gateway to control the sub-devices that connected to. |

There is no LAN. Is there a bluetooth controller that doesn't require wifi? |

Hello.
I bought a "WB5" LED strip light controller under the assumption I could control my LED strip via bluetooth like I do all my other bluetooth devices. At least with the official tuya app, that assumption seems to have been dead wrong. It appears to be come kind of internet-only device. Bluetooth is only an option if you have a wifi AP that is on the internet (at least in theory as I've never gotten this thing to work despite trying).
Is there any way I can control my LED strip via bluetooth with this device or did I make an awful mistake? Thanks
