examples

When writing the documentation I added a examples page, but without the examples. Since it seems to be one of the most frequently visited pages of the documentation, adding some code to demonstrate the library in action is particularly important. I can always create synthetic datasets, but if someone has domain specific example datasets it would be cool to use those instead (maybe by adding them to xarray-data).
