QSA v2.2.0 comes up and runs, with HackRF One device selected, but 'Controls' in right menu is not turned on nor selectable. What is my user install or run error to causes this?

As you see in the photo, there is no 'Control' selection in the menu or anywhere in the UI... so no way to start (let alone stop) a scan.

UPDATE: QSA, PothosSDR (both versions), and Python 3.9 were uninstalled and any orphaned directories remaining deleted.... and then reinstalled those app, still same results. No CONTROL function in the UI?
