当我按照指示执行pip install -r requirements.txt ，
然后出现的是

我尝试了命令：pip install python-dotenv --no-deps 以及 pip install --upgrade pip 都没有用

pip install xxxx --break-system-packages 试下加 --break-system-packages 参数
