Dynamic Screen Resolution

Would be great to automatically detect the screen resolution and then fit the GUI window so it's completely full screen, at the moment it's just a hard coded value.

Can this be fixed? I cannot even use the program as the disclaimer window (on first start I guess) asks me to accept the conditions but I cannot see any buttons on my screen, hence I'm stuck at that point. See #5

Currently the software is fixed to a resolution of 1280x800px.
This is because:

• The camera preview images are lower resolution anyways.
• It is a common resolution for "cheap" 10 inch LCD displays and other high resolution displays adapt well if the software runs in full screen mode.

Therefore, currently the software should work fine if started in full-screen mode. I'll label this issue as enhancement since text and UI will indeed look better on higher resolutions. Also other aspect ratios might be interesting for some people.
