查看com.xxl.job.core.util.IpUtil文件git提交历史，可以看到2018年就已经按照优先遍历网卡来获取第一个可用的外网地址，为什么在2020年最后一次提交中，又把 getLocalAddress0() 方法中的 InetAddress.getLocalHost() 移动到方法开头。想请教一下作者大大。
