Revert the styling to back to BS5
Review HTML layout of the app (student flow specifically)
Review & Update the Begin step
Review & Update the "Update" step
Review & Update the Upload step
Review & Update the Review Licences step
Review & Update the Submit for review step
Check for AODA colors and text. Fix as needed.
