LAC Supplementary Licence File Upload

Ref: ETD Rolling Agenda

LAC file upload:

  • Right now they can upload any type of file. But it could be changed to just be PDF.

Need to inform SQ and FSG that need language on that it should be pdf otherwise will make it same as other supplementary.
