Using the latest ver 1.3.1 for backing up Grafana ver 9.5.1
I was lucky to backup the Dashboard, Alert rule, etc.
However, not the contact points and notification policies

Happened to me as well with the same versions.
contact points and notification policies weren't restored.

Contact points and notification policies seem to be new features from version 9.0.
They are not supported yet in this tool, PRs are welocmed.
