I've been encouraging folks to use the dc.js users group to get help/discuss dc.leaflet.js, since I figure anyone using dc.leaflet will be using dc.

I infer they meant an equivalent to the bubble overlay chart in dc.js, only with a real map beneath it.
Hope to contribute to this amazing project over the next year! It's definitely something my dcplot users need.
