what about not only asking a user for a pic (#17) but asking if they could
raise their hand
be happy / agree
sad / disagree
If a user would like to speak, he/she could click on their "raised" hand pic and in the gallery view the normal pic would be replaced with this one ... everbody else would get an update
if we implement a very simple "do you like this idea?" poll, people could like on their happy / sad pic and you would see the result in the gallery (besides just seeing the numbers).
how cool is this? the happy / sad pics could also be snapped once the moderator does the first poll and kept thereafter for future polls in this session
