based upon XPL (ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads)

1000 ore = 100 metalore * 10  metal = 1 rocketparts
200 / 105.6 / 93.6 /
0.02 * 1.056 * 9.36 = 19.76832/unit

currently the cost is set by SimpleConstruction! as 1.5/unit
