Rare dark background in quotes/forwarded message

Even though I use light theme in emacs, there is a rare case of a dark message background sometimes.

I use light theme in my emacs but when I start a emacs client from a terminal the theme is initially dark. Today one of the messages in a chat had an unusually dark background (((:outline "#d5d5d5d5fffe") (:foreground "#9791ff") (:background "#2e142e143851") (:colors ("#9791ff" "#f2731d" "#ffdb59")))).
