WIP

The trader will idle, polling for available funds, and automatically start trading again if any become available. You can:

Wait for the price to go back up where sells will execute
Manually sell off some pending sells for a loss
Add more funds to the quote currency account on the exchange
De-hoard gains (likely requires stop/start)
