Check list for new release:

  1. Bump the version in axelrod/version.py
  2. Update CHANGES.md (also include the overall changes diff url).
  3. Tag
  4. Push to github
  5. Create release on github
  6. Push to pypi (python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel upload)
