Migrated to Azurra framework. A few changes along the way:
- Glass has more transparent elements (tested in gnome) and a brighter highlight color
- Green had some minor tweaks to notebook controls
- Dark was reworked to look more modern and removed glassy elements (maybe coming back in another theme). Buttons now have gradients and lose the silver border.
