Third release for GSE.

This is a rather impromptu update against v0.2, fixing state previews not showing if a ROM was loaded (and fixing a crash due to trying to show a state preview without a ROM loaded).

Several download options are available, for various OSes and CPU architectures, per the requirements listed in the README. For most users (with a Windows machine on an x64 device), the GSE-win-x64.zip file should be downloaded.

Second release for GSE.

This release marks the renaming of GSR to GSE, and brings in several bugfixes and QoL improvements.

  • Fix initial window size being incorrect.
  • Fix the GUI thread becoming "stuck" when using fast forward.
  • Fix joystick inputs with + (i.e. positive axis inputs) getting wiped on config load
    • Old configs with joystick axis inputs will need to be rebound, key combo inputs are unaffected by this issue.
  • Add setting to set the main window always on top.
  • Internal refactoring to improve fast forward responsiveness
  • Don't enforce read-only files for the open file dialog on Windows
  • Fix bilinear filtering
  • Do not tie OSD message time to host refresh rate (it should be a constant 3 seconds regardless of monitor now)

Several download options are available, for various OSes and CPU architectures, per the requirements listed in the README. For most users (with a Windows machine on an x64 device), the GSE-win-x64.zip file should be downloaded.
