A fork of Cemu that translates mouse input to gyroscopic input

Todo

• Configurable mouse sensitivity
• Dump player info to report cheaters, similar to sdl-grabber
• Create default key bindings on first launch
• Allow for easier rebinding of buttons to mouse1 and mouse2
• Add support for mouse{3,4,5}
