This is where we record the minutes for 2024 organization meetings.

The DARIA leadership meets every 2nd month to discuss the state of the application, plans for future technical work, and strategic goals relevant to the nonprofit behind DARIA.

  • Github-based CI runners got updated, some changes to CI were needed
  • Kat has identified the problem with the React changes, it is related to the Heroku environment
  • Good engagement at the Hacknight
  • Pending Rails upgrade
  • Cristina to upgrade Heroku stack this week
  • Colin did do some practical support stuff

  • Cristina to upgrade from Heroku-22 to Heroku-24
  • Kat: the civic tech hacknight continues to be low key but nice outreach to folks
  • Kat to take on some of the rails 7.2 upgrade blocker issues (like the secrets file migration)
  • Cristina to continue merging dependabot, after manually downgrading Rails
  • Cristina to continue maintaining the status quo
  • Colin to push forward on practical support features and onboarding fund requests
