First clone it to your Kimai installation plugins directory:
cd /kimai/var/plugins/
git clone https://github.com/delftsolutions/kimai-vacation-hours.git VacationHoursBundle
And then rebuild the cache:
cd /kimai/
bin/console kimai:reload
