Legacy version as a downloadable asset

There is nothing new in this release, only formalising the current state (largely unchanged for a good while) in preparation for the next. If you're already using the Dyalog APL kernel, there is no need to install this one. This legacy release is not compatible with notebook v.7.

We'll soon release a new version compatible with notebook-v.7 and installable from PyPI.
