  • Fix security issues based on the Dependabot report:
    • Update certifi to >2024.07.04
    • Update setuptools to >70.0.0

@radatelyxor I edited the commit title and message. Please review the conventional commit spec, https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/#summary. This is the format we want to be using unless there is a project-specific format.
