New Settings/Features

• Modded players now will see changes in TOHE settings
• Added custom image "Timer" for Mercenary, Bounty Hunter and Penguin: Thanks @that_one_missing_pixel (Pixel)

Bug Fixes/Changes

• Fixed (hopefully) the vanilla bug where players' outfits sometimes didn't change
• Fixed bug when player nicknames were updated during meeting as if it was during the game
• Fixed bug when some players got stuck in walls after meeting
• Fixed other miscellaneous bugs
• Some neutrals who could win after death will no longer get ghost roles
• Marshall can no longer get Gravestone
