The RIPE HTML display program is based of Theo Zourzouvillys perl code
which can be found at:
	http://crazygreek.co.uk/content/ripe

The RIPE HTML display requires the following extra python packages:
	twisted, netaddr, gd and lxml

They can be installed on a recent (2009) debian/ubuntu with:
	apt-get install python-twisted
	apt-get install python-netaddr
	apt-get install python-lxml
	apt-get install python-gd
