Description
I wanted to look into doctesting after adding some properly formatted ones in chess.py, and this PR tests and confirms that they work. As a side note though, I had to add pytest fixtures in order to allow pytest to run in the regular module, but I think this is good as it allows us to get coverage reports for the whole code, etc. People can also do pytest locally and have an example of how to use each of the tests (i.e., API test)
