(Experimental) I do not really want to merge this to main yet, but I am unable to make make the manual-trigger button appear for the branch, so I am going all-in in hopes of making it appear in the future. Do not plan to do this hardly ever again; seems needed to bootstrap manual triggering of workflows. #43
