This adds an EMI plugin with similar functionality to the REI plugin.

The screens are nearly identical to their REI counterparts, though I did move the toasting time text to fit EMI's lower max width.
The default_knives tag is added purely for the client-side translation when using default configs. Doesn't actually do anything.
