4.x upgraded ones

What plugins/repos are 4.x ready already? What branch? Status?

Branch: cake-4.x / cake4 (if not stated otherwise) Using 4.x is not recommended as it could be confused with v4 of the plugin etc.

Done/Ready

All done/ready ones are now in the README with a ::strawberry:: icon in front of them.
