XoopAC is an open-source anticheat for MTA:SA (Multi theft auto) servers.
You can see the logs in logs/msCheater.txt
You can configure the Xoop Anticheat with config.lua and editing the files.
If Xoop makes fps drop on your server, make a new resource and copy the methods of XoopAC one by one to find which function makes the fps drop.
