As per our https://github.com/HackathonHackers/code-of-conduct subgroups must satisfy one of these requirements:

1 week old, 5 posts, and 250 members
3 weeks old, 10 posts, and 100 members

Although awesome, these doesn't seem to fit these criteria.
