Fix bug in Nfa.completeToSkip()

The method Nfa.completeToSkip() did not yet work properly in all situations, but should do now as advertised in the api documentation. (Note: under the hood, some refactoring was done too.)

Minor fix of debug output

Nfa.java contained debug output which even generated FileNotFoundExceptions. Fixed in this jar.
