Unification between Lin/Mac/Win installers:

• Brought parity between Win and Lin/Mac
• Consistency in UX and behavior for Windows and Lin/Mac installers- Using "idt" shell and batch files for ease of use and consistency, including "update" and "uninstall" args
• Added "--trace" arg for install/update/uninstall
• Added "--force" arg to force update/reinstall of external dependencies
• Enhanced internal users getting prompted if they want to use pre-release (stage1) bx and plugins
• Fixed Windows installer being broken on bx URL and Helm installation

Minor bug fix

Fixed typo causing spurious "1" files to be created during install/updates

Clean up of several issues
