- The MATLAB code is for magnetic susceptibility source separation (χ-separation; Shin et al., Neuroimage, 2021). The implementations of the method are based on the conventional QSM algorithms (MEDI+0 (Liu et al., MRM, 2018) and iLSQR (Li et al., Neuroimage, 2015)), sharing similar contrasts and optimization parameters with the algorithms.
