EpiCollect+

EpiCollect+ is an open-source framework for collecting data using Android phones. At the moment we are classifying the software as late beta software. The core functionality is working well, but there may be some issues.

Installation

EpiCollect+ Requires MySQL 5.1 or later and PHP 5.3 or later. We have tested EpiCollect+ using

• Windows (XP, Server 2008 and Server 2008R2), Ubuntu and Debian
• Apache 2.2 and 2.4 or IIS 7 (with URL Rewrite installed)
• PHP 5.3+
• MySQL 5.5.x

IMPORTANT We have found that MySQL on Apple OSX does have some issues with regards to some field types that are used heavily in EpiCollect. We do not test on OSX, but if you have fixes for bugs on OSX that will work correctly on Windows and
