##概要 このレポジトリは日本の法律のデータセットです。 これは日本で初めての取り組みです。
##詳細 法律をオープンソース化することでこのようなメリットがあります。
- 新しい法律が採択された際にmasterブランチにcommitされる。
- 法改正が行われた際に以前の法律との差分を見ることができる。
- 新しいフォーマットや使いやすい形を提案することができます。
- issueを用いて法律に対する議論を行えます。
##使い方
- 国会で採択された法律が施行されるまでは'future-law'ブランチに置きます。
##参加するには
###バグや誤字脱字 バグや誤字脱字に関してはissueを飛ばしていただく、もしくはpull-requestを出していただくようお願いいたします。
###新しい法律あるいは法律改正の提案 この法律はこうするべきだなどの議論はissue機能を用いて行うこと。 pull-requestをされても受け付けることはできません。
###国会での議論の反映
現在審議中の法律に関してはunder-deliverationブランチにcommitしていただきます。

##Overview Dataset of Japanese law. You've never seen before in Japan.
##Description There are a lot of merit for law to be opensource.
- When a new law is adopted, it will be commited at master branch.
- When the law is changed, you can see the difference between before and new.
- You can propose the new format or new usecase.
- You can discuss law by using issues.
##Usage
- We put the new law adopted in parliament at
future-lawbranch until coming into force.

###Proposal of making the new law or revision the law. You should use issue function to discuss proposal of the making the new law or revision the new law. I cannot accept pull-request about this.

I want you to commit the current law under discussion in parliament at under-deliveration branch.
