This is version 0.9 of L3XDG, a Python implementation of Extensible Dependency grammar (Debusmann, 2007) along with grammar fragments for English and Amharic.

L3XDG is part of the L3 Project (http://www.cs.indiana.edu/~gasser/Research/projects.html).

To install L3XDG, extract the files from the archive. Then go to the directory L3XDG-0.9 and do

python setup.py install

making sure that you are using Python 3 or 3.1.
