We should provide some kind of documentation as to the function of the libmdanalysis/__init__.pxd file which acts as a central jumping off point for all the other public facing cython headers.

For example timestep is currently publiclibdcd and libmdaxdr will eventually become public following #3888 and #3892 respectively.
