• Daily and weekly ride volumes, with peaks during weekends and match days.

❌ Cancellation Analysis

• Customer Cancellations: Common reasons include drivers not heading to pickup points and wrong addresses.
• Driver Cancellations: Major causes include personal issues and exceeding passenger limits.

🚗 Vehicle Performance

• Prime Sedans and SUVs received the highest ratings, while shorter trips were common with Bikes and eBikes.

💰 Revenue Optimization

• Higher revenues on weekends and during match days.
• UPI was a preferred payment method, followed by Credit Cards and Cash.

• Customer and driver ratings reveal trends in satisfaction and operational performance.
