Data collection, exfiltration, and remote analysis

The state of the system:

• sonar data are collected on compute nodes and exfiltrated over the network to a remote system
• analysis runs on the remote system and reports can be uploaded to a web server or emailed
• remote queries can be run against the remote system
• the web server serves the dashboard, static reports, and dynamic queries

Parts of the implementation are shaky but the architecture is basically sound. All known bugs are minor.
