Repository Description

This release of the ohimanual includes instruction for OHI+ repositories created before June 2016; these repositories had files that ran with ohicore@master_a2015. ohicore@master_a2015 does not include updates to resilience (layer names, matrix headers, and the resilience_categories.csv file, etc).
