Solution: Download the universal Windows CRT. Requirements for this update:

• Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2: KB2919355
• Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2: Service Pack 1
• Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008: Service Pack 2
