📄🔧：rm bage re: commit conventions (inaccurate)

The OpenINF A-Team has not ben using Conventional Commits as
stated by their specification (altho relatively similar); as
we are now in talks beginning the process of developing our
own commit message conventions and will no longer be using
the Conventional Commits as a jumping-off point seeing as
how we have not been producing commits meeting guidelines
let alone perfect conformance!
