Fix: Potential bug

In some cases, when the profile uses continent data the resulting data from the backend was missing a count value which resulted in an error for the feature to hide empty subindicators.

This release fixes just this.

Facilities Improvements

Improvements to the facilities of Wazimap.

New and improved tooltip The extended version of a tooltip now sits at the bottom and can be open by clicking more info on a point. The smaller tooltip will eventually have properties defined by the admin. (work in progress).

Excel files are now in XLSX instead of XLS and should not throw a security warning anymore.

Hot Fix: Facility Display

fix: facilities appear twice, make sure we only show one

this line was duplicating the content
I added it because a month ago this seemed to have fixed the appearance
of facilities. before they were not appearing.
