PeaceFounder v0.4.0

A complete redesign of the PeaceFounder voting system. Instead of trying to execute a multiparty protocol between multiple parties to form a new pseudonym instead, a new pseudonym is attained by shifting a generator for all members at once without their participation in the protocol. The integrity of such a procedure is achieved with zero-knowledge proofs of shuffle and decryption thanks to the ShuffleProofs.jl library.
